About this event
Spend a glorious afternoon with the ever-cool Neil DeGrasse Tyson and other Friendly Freethinkers!
We are black holes of despair and perplexity, but the cheerfully informative Neil will fill the void. At Reason Center , Dr. Tyson will discuss the biggest El Niño in history and also, as a bonus, interview a very talented border collie! What could be better?
This is a regular monthly event of Atheists & Other Freethinkers (AOF) . Doors open at 1:30 pm and close about 4:00 pm. We will of course present Dr. Tyson via video on our big screen TV , the viewing of which will be followed by amusing, intelligent discussion where your own minds will sparkle. See you there!
• As ever, event is open to the public. Free parking in the lot.
• OK to BYO snack/beverage – or to share if you wish. Sharing is nice. We provide water.
• No entrance fee (but donations so gratefully accepted).
