- ➤ Folsom Slice House operators are expanding to Granite Bay with a new location in Sierra Oaks Plaza Center opening in March. The expansion will create about 15 full-time and 25 part-time jobs and bring Tony Gemignani's famed pizza styles to local families. Folsom Times
- ➤ Assemblyman Josh Hoover honored Violet Wellness Spa as February Small Business of the Month for Assembly District 7, recognizing its commitment to community healing. The spa, located at 4125 Temescal St. in Fair Oaks, celebrated its first anniversary with the award. Folsom Times
CULTURE NEWS
- ➤ Folsom Lake Symphony will host a Family Concert on Saturday, March 14 at 11 a.m. at the Harris Center for the Arts—featuring Benjamin Britten’s The Young Person’s Guide to the Orchestra with narration by Omari Tau and teen violinist Arthur Bekdjanov—and conclude with an interactive instrument petting zoo.
