➤ Folsom City Council officially named the new park Jackrabbit Hill Park during Tuesday night's meeting following strong community input. The nearly 12-acre site at the corner of Empire Ranch Road and Mangini Parkway will enter the design phase as development continues in Folsom Ranch. Folsom Times
