- ➤ Folsom local Ruslan Kochkin was sentenced to 10 years in state prison Tuesday in Sacramento County after pleading guilty to supplying fentanyl that caused a fatal overdose on Sutter Street in January 2024—marking the first conviction of a drug dealer for a fentanyl-related homicide in the county—official court documents confirm.
