SPORTS NEWS

➤ Twenty University of Texas students in the Texas 4000 charity ride—resting in South Lake Tahoe—will drive to Folsom tomorrow morning then ride 46 miles to Davis to raise funds and awareness for cancer research. Their ride is part of a 20-year effort that has raised over $13 million, and three groups will join in Canada to finish the trek from Austin to Anchorage. KCRA
