- ➤ Underdog Fantasy sued California Attorney General Rob Bonta in Sacramento County Superior Court on Monday to block a planned legal opinion that could outlaw online fantasy sports platforms in the state+ company lawyers claim the opinion oversteps Bonta’s authority. They are seeking a temporary court injunction while the case is reviewed+ the suit warns the decision could force the operator to exit California. KCRA
