- ➤ Habit Burger & Grill will open its second location at 3290 E. Bidwell Street in Folsom next week—offering VIP events on July 12, 14, and 15 for early access. - ➤ Folsom City Council voted Tuesday night to hire eight firefighter/paramedic recruits after two candidates withdrew amid budget concerns, and the new hires will report for duty on July 21 to fill key vacancies.
