- ➤ Mayor Sarah Aquino honored the Folsom American Little League 10U All-Stars for their championship season during the August 12 council meeting at City Hall, praising the team for winning multiple tournaments and the District 54 Championship. The team advanced to the State Tournament in Eureka and received a formal resolution from the council — a recognition of its record-breaking run — while coaches and families were also thanked for their dedication.
