The Folsom City Council reviewed a proposed ordinance this week to help stop behavioral nuisances that hurt safety and property values.
If passed, the new law will let officials issue notices and fines or remove disturbances—tools to fix long-term problems.
🏈 Sports
Eight year old Will Benzer became the youngest rider to finish the 40 mile Motherlode Epic and received an official Congressional Certificate from Rep. Kevin Kiley at a ceremony on Wednesday at the historic Folsom footbridge.
