- ➤ Folsom’s Oak Parkway Trail has reopened after city improvements upgraded safety with resurfaced pathways, new trail markings, and erosion control measures that protect the natural environment — the trail is part of an extensive network connecting local neighborhoods. - ➤ Folsom police arrested two suspects on August 12 after stopping a shoplifting at Kohl’s when officers saw a man push a Ninja Creami appliance through a Toyota Highlander window— a probation search of the vehicle found fentanyl, a second appliance, and a stolen car while one suspect was charged with organized retail theft and methamphetamine and a third individual was released. - ➤ On Friday, UC Davis Health cut the ribbon on its new Folsom Medical Care Clinic at 14264 Innovation Drive in a $182M project that will serve local families.
