- ➤ Tara Rozak is now the director of Lexington Hills KinderCare Learning Center—she began working there as a teacher aide in 2006 and is now focusing on improving quality, safety, and teacher training. She is also supporting educators through programs with Folsom College and online TeachStone while the center was re-accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children this year.
